On Screen View Vs. What Actually Prints - Help!

Hi all! I am not new to Bartender, but I am new to the 10.1 version. I do okay with printing my standard labels, but I am having a heck of a time with this new project.  When I print, what is on my screen looks nothing like what prints out. I've attached a jpg of what I see on my screen, how it prints, and the actual label. Can anyone give me any insight as to what may be happening? I am using a Zebra EZPi-1300 thermal printer. I am ready to tear my hair out!

  Hello qube,

   

  I've noticed that you are working with device fonts in your document, note that when this is the case BarTender doesn't really knows how the actual fonts look like, but instead uses a "similar" font to preview them on the label.

   

  If you try a True Type font do you still get the same issue?

   

  And if yo try using a different device font?
