Label Not Aligning At The Top/left Of The Label
I am attempting to print a label to a Zebra ZM400 (2 different ones) from two different PCs running Bartender 10.0 SR$ Build 2868. In design mode, everything is left aligned on the label perfectly and when I preview, it looks fine. However, when I print it, there is a .5" offset before the label starts printing.
I have tried to move the content off the label to the left to "brute force" it. However, when I do that, it starts printing at the same point with the .5" offset, but the first part of the text is cut off.
I have tried everything I can think of:
- confirmed the page setup
- reloaded printer drivers (Zebra and Seagull)
- recreated the label from scratch
Does anybody have any ideas?

First, confirm all your margins are set to 0.0 in your page setup. I also believe there are some "Advanced Settings" under the document properties button of your print prompt that will let you do horizontal offsets. Failing that:
Put a cardboard spacer on the inside of the media hanger of the ZM400, creating a space between the printer and where the label roll sits. This will allow the roll to sit slightly further toward the middle of the print head. Zebra printers have a small "unprintable" area on the very inside. It's not half an inch though.

Did you ever fix your problem as we would be interested in your solution as we have the same problem printing on Toshiba TEC B472 & B372 printers.

Hi Hamilton-lite,
B-472 and B-372 has an X Adjust parameter in its configuration, please doble check it in Parameter Set Menu. Default value is 0
