Conditional Formatting Not Working?

I have a box on a label that I need to show up when a certain sql db field is = "brkt".  I have this setup correctly (or so it seems) in BarTender, and looking at the labels in Print Preview, everything looks good.  Box only shows up on labels with the selected field = to BRKT.

 

However, when I print the labels, the box shows up on every label.

 

 

Any ideas?

  Now the box is showing up on the labels in print preview but when I actually print the labels.. nothing

   

  Remove the conditional formatting requirement and it does print.

  You'll have to attach the file here for someone to look at and see if there's an issue with the setup.

  Actually, if you could connect the same BT document to a sample database and then attach both files for us to examine that would be great. 

   

  Also attach a screenshot of the "Help > About" dialog from BarTender.
