Auto Printing - Force Print-Time Data Entry
Sorry if this has been answered before, I looked around the forums trying to find a similar question. But here it goes.
I'm enjoying this software so far, incredibly easy to use. We want to implement it with our shipping team. So far the Print-Time Data Entry seems like it would be best for our shipping team to use. I only need them to scan one field in, and then hit print. Super easy. My problem is the fact that they will need to do this between 500-2000 times in a row depending on the shipment they are working on.
To get to the form they would have to hit "CTR+P", then "Print", then enter their barcode in the field of the form, and then hit "Print" again. Simply way to may steps to do 1000+ times in a row.
Anyone know of a possible way to make it so as soon as a shipped hits "Print" on the Data Entry form, the form either blanks out instantly and its ready for the next step, or it simply auto opens again for the next barcode?
Even better, I could teach them to utilize the template I've made where they need to input their single barcode. If I could some how have a process in place when their barcode object updates, it instantly prints a label. So everytime they change the barcode, it auto prints.
Hopefully this makes sense! If anyone has any ideas please let me know!

There is an option on the printer setup for the document which will prevent your user from having to reselect the label document. Once a label is printed it will go back to either the data entry screen or ask the user for the query informaiton (if it exists)

If anyone else finds this, my version of BarTender states "Repeat data enry until cancelled" instead of "Auto Reprint", guess I didn't put two and two together!
