Marked Stock Labels Not Printing

I am printing on a marked stock 1.5 x 1.5 labels.  I changed the document properties to black mark.  When I print, it feeds a string of about 20 labels through the printer and they are blank. 

 

I tried the actual stock for the label (Monarch 900407) but it shows as rounded versus square.  I changed the shape to square and it still did the same thing.

 

What am I missing?

  Hello,

   

  Please let me make sure, is your Media Type, labels with mark sensing?

   

  Have you checked if the printer is properly calibrated? For it press the printer feed button several times and check if each time is feeding just one label.

   

  What do you mean exactly when you say that it shows as rounded versus square? Could be possible to attach your BarTender label file and a picture of your printed label?

  Yes, the printer is calibrated.  We have printed them using Loftware before.  And I got them to work once with Bartender.  It's just not consistent in either program. 

   

  In the page setup, I choose the style number of marked stock labels that I wanted to use but the model number in bartender showed a rounded edge style versus the square that is the labels I have in my hand. 

   

  Now I keep getting an error that the template doesn't match the label.

  Hello Margie,

   

  Please can you click on BarTender "File" menu > "Page Setup" item and send us the screenshots of the "Layout" tab and "Shape" tab? It will help you in order to understand your issue.
