Colour Template Printing In Grey Scale

Hi,

 

We have a number of label templates that are in colour. When printing directly from BarTender the label correctly prints in colour but when printing is driven from BTXMl through Commander it prints in grey scale. I have checked the printer preferences and they are set for colour and the template itself is saved with a colour printer and the colour option selected? Anyone else seen this issue?

  Do you also have the same issue when Commander is running as an application, rather than as a system service?

   

  To what printer make and model are you printing? Which printer driver (and version) have you installed for this printer?

   

  What Windows Version and Service Pack is in use?

   

  If possible, please attach a Commander task list, BTXML-Script trigger file and a BT document (.btw) which reproduces this error for me to examine (use the "More Reply Options..." button for this)
