Could it be you installed the 203 dpi driver for your 300 dpi printer?  Double check this.

In the BarTender "Page Setup" dialog be sure to select the "User defined size" from the page size pull down list, and then specify the rest of the dimensions for the media in use.  Don't use any of the predefined page sizes listed directly from the driver.  Use the below training video to help you through this process.

If you still have problems, then attach an example BarTender document together with a photo of a printed label for us to take a look at.

Ok, I attached some screenshots.  I watched the video, I did all the steps as the video did, the only difference is the unused material option - but I have tried selecting unused material and it does the same thing.  The driver I'm using is indeed for the 300dpi printer.

We have also tried using the default zebra driver already installed on the machine, that gives us the same result.  You can see from the screenshots, it previews just fine but it prints way off center.

    Driver version is zebra ZPL-II v 7.2

I would suggest you download the latest Seagull driver for the Zebra printer for starters.

    http://www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com/drivers/Zebra-windows-printer-drivers.aspx

Use the Seagull Driver Wizard to do a full Seagull driver removal to start you from a clean slate, then reboot, and install the new driver.

Perform a printer calibration and label length via the driver under the "Tools" tab, "Action" button menu.

In the document properties of the driver, make sure you're printing with gap sensing enabled.

If you still have problems, send us the BarTender document file (*.BTW) to examine.
