    Make sure you are using the latest (SR3) service release for v9.40 which can be downloaded from the below link:

    http://www.seagullscientific.com/aspx/fixes_94.aspx

    What printer make and model are you having problems with, and assuming that it is a Seagull driver in use, what is the driver version? Further more, is the printer driver locally installed on the computer running Commander/BarTender or is it a server/client network driver install?
