I recommend you update to v10.1 SR4 when you get the chance: http://www.seagullscientific.com/support/service-releases-legacy-versions/v101/

Ordinarily there shouldn't be any running unless something like the Commander or System Database services are actively using a BarTender process for producing a print job or related task.

So if they are using ODAC connections for label templates, we could expect to see the bartender.exe processes.  I will work on getting the update to v10.1.SR4 in place.

    Thanks

Not sure what the use of ODAC has to do with BarTender...  Are you perhaps running a self-developed application using C#/VB.NET that calls BarTender for printing labels?  This of course would also spawn a BarTender process.

    Hi,

I am having the same issue with bartend.exe processes building up and using 100% of the cpu on the server in result a long delay for labels to print or else not printing at all. I am using Bartender Version 10.1

    Thanks

dermotokane: I suggest you get in touch with tech-support for your region and have them help to debug the issue: http://www.seagullscientific.com/support/technical-support/
