Hi,

My Client has their own online database that allows them to key in the details of information they wanted to enter. Then it allows them to generate a qrcode up to 600px. However, their system was not able to print qrcode using the ttp 2410m pro printer.

Therefore i need to install the bartender ultra lite software and transfer/ drag and drop their qrcode.png to the bartender template. Then, from there I would do the printing. However, the printing is not clear and sometimes not readable. Can anyone help please? Is there a way I could make the printing more clearer and readable by the printer?

For your info...their system actually generate qr code of 600px but when i save the image... and transfer to adobe photoshop to check the image specification it becomes

stock size: 30mm x 30mm
exposed linear width: left 3.0 x right 3.0

bartender software:
Bartender ultralite edition.

Settings is:

- it has some unused material of 0.05 inch left and right

- single item

- template size 1.181 x 1.181 in

- shape is rectangle.

the printer used:

TSC ttp 2410m pro...

Connected using network.
max resolution is 203dpi.

computer:
windows 7 32 and 64 bit.
