Hi,

 

We have a couple of strange things happening on two different workstations, I have tried to replicate the fault on others but I can't.

 

Windows is 7 64bit

 

Bartender is 9.1 Build 2617

 

Fault 1.

 

When opening 1st label from explorer Bartender opens it correctly, when opening 2nd label from explorer whilst 1st is still open, it closes the 1st label and opens 2nd label. If label is opened from within Bartender it opens correctly as a new tab.

 

Fault 2.

When opening label from explorer, if Bartender is open already with a label open, Bartender remains minimized if it was already minimized, instead of previously where it would open and maximise Bartender.

  Unfortunately the response you're going to get from support will probably be "BarTender 9.1 is not supported on Windows 7". Maybe we will get lucky and this is an issue they've heard of before though.

  thanks nRyder, you right - to run BarTender on Windows 7, you need Version 9.2 or later.

  It's often a blurry edge with these things.  BarTender v9.10 on Windows 7 is workable, but you'll come across a bunch of these annoying compatibility glitches.
