Cannot Register Online
I have the "Professional" (trial) version and went through the whole two pages of registration - only to find at the end that it refuses to accept my "Support Number"
- Please enter a valid Product Key Code (PKC) or Support Number.
Tried this twice now, pretty disappointing! The documentation clearly indicates that "Trial" version must be registered, to get any support whatsoever... :(

Hmmm, the support number that you see in the About dialog of BarTender would normally correspond to a PKC license assuming that the software is activated. If the software is not activated then the support number corresponds to nothing but a Trial edition. This online registration is reserved for registering an actual license. I guess we could do better at making that clear.
Beyond help from the forum, you may obtain technical support, even for the Trial edition, by contacting us by phone, email, or web chat when available. You'll just need to register your details with us as the time of your support request contact and the technician will record your details into the CRM.
