Tech Support Problem
When I call the Tech Support number, (which I'v done numerous times yesterday and today) I am on hold for ten to fifteen minutes. After getting to "number one" in the queue, the line disconnects. Every time.
I emailed yesterday and got NO RESPONSE. What gives? I am having a problem with BarTender telling me I have exceeded our one licensed printer, and I can't fix it. we are dead in the water with no Tech Support. Help!

The phone lines were pretty busy yesterday I'm afraid. It's possible that if you pressed some keys on the phone while you waited, in an attempt to bail out to a reception number of something, then the phone system might then have disconnected you after a further few minutes of inactivity.

not tru had the same thing happen no keys were touched
