Exporting a BarTender document to printer code templates is available in the Automation Edition of BarTender:

    http://www.bartenderbarcodesoftware.com/label-software/whitepapers/Exporting-Printer-Code-Templates.pdf

Before exporting to printer code template, you will setup the printer and media settings in BarTender via the "File > Print" dialog and now by clicking the "Document Properties..." button and selecting the "Stock" tab. If you're really using "Direct Thermal" stock (you can prove this by approoaching the label material to a heat source. If it gets black / burnt then its direct thermal material), then set the Print Method to "Direct Thermal".

    Hope this helps

Thank you for the quick response Domingo, my only question now,

Is it possible to export the printer code with the evaluation version or do I need to get a License for this.

    Again Thank you and Greetings.

You will need to purchase a license of BarTender Automation in order to create printer code templates. If you write to our tech-support team and attach the BarTender document (.btw) you're wishing to export to PCT, we can send you a printer code template example (we would change position, size of some fields on the label, but it would still be valid for testing purposes):
