Problem With Page Sizes
Hi,
We are using a Zebra QLn420 printer to print some barcode labels but on printing the page it stops short of the tear off position by about 4mm. no amount of adjusting the windows driver heights or bartender heights seems to fix this.
Environment:
Zebra QLn420
Bartender 10.0 SR4 - (upgrade is not an option at this point).
Settings:
The media is 152x103 printable area, with a 4mm tear off gap. The printer is gap sensing.
Zebra printer driver and windows settings are both for the purposes of this test set to:
page height: 152
page width: 103
margins:0
gap sense: on
I tried the simplest label I could think of ‘hello world’ on a blank brand new Bartender label in portrait mode w103 h152 no margins or border, very
plain.
Failing fixing the height is there a way to command this printer from bartender to force feed to the next page using gap sensing?
Thanks,
DaveC

To answer my own question, I installed the Bartender Zebra Print drivers from Bartenders website and selected the QL 420. One of the options is 'Labels with Gaps' and 'Feed to gaps', set these to true and viola all hunky dory ;)
