Edit With Script Assistant Not Pulling Up.

I am working on creating a label and have scripting in several places, however all of a sudden I am unable to open the "Edit with Script Assistan" from within one of the properties. Any idea on how to get this to pull up?

  removed my database and re added it and the script assistant is now working.
