Problems Extending Label Length

I have a label which is 115mm in length and want to extend the size of the label to 200mm to add more fields.

I have changed the label length in label design but when I print the label to a Zebra 105SL via commnder

the label starts part of the way down from the top of the label. So the extra space appears to be at  the top

of the label not at the bottom.

Has anyone any experience of extending an existing label.

  My LP2844-Z using 4  x 6 roll labels feeds them 1/4 in. too short so I have to pull out 1/4 each for every label. No effort to align the printer or adjust the setting in the dashboard is effective. If anyone hears of a solution, it would be appreciated!
