Auto Size Text In Drop Down List

Good afternoon. I am laying out a data entry form using several drop down lists. I have set everything up, but some of the list entries are wider then the available space for the drop down list. How can I auto size the text inside the list control? 

 

In a regular text box, there is an option to check auto size to fit the text. But I don't see that in the drop down lists. 

 

Also, is there a way to center the text with in the drop down list? (Less important, but would look better.) 

 

Any help, thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated!
