Weekly Serialization
Hello,
I'm using Bartender 10.01 SR4.
I have many layouts and many global variables (for numeric counter) set in database. The global variables are serialized - increment every copy and reset counter every week.
My question is: when exactly are the variables reset? Every sunday, monday and what time? I don't know. Because sometimes I have issue that the variable is reset about 7am on monday, sometimes it is reset right before 6am on monday and sometimes it is reset in the afternoon on monday.
How can I assure that the resetting will happen everytime before 6am on monday without an expectation? Otherway it could produce duplicate serials and this is wrong.

We have the exact same problem at our company. I have to manually reset it each monday morning by turning the computer clock forward in time. This creates extra manual work and the risk of creating duplicates (which is very serious for our traceability).
