How do you barcode something similar to this.

I can't get the barcode to read correctly.

  Which barcode symbology are you using on your template?

   

  Make sure the one you use supports full asci

  Don't use Code 39 Full Ascii unless you know your scanners are set up to read it.

   

  Use Code 128
