Skip Region On Template
Hi,
I have an 8.5 x 11 template which has 7 rows and 5 columns.
The first two columns only have 5 rows.
My template looks something like this:
0000000
0000000
0000000
00000
00000
Is there any way I can set in bartender to skip this empty region when filling in data?

Hi Yon,
I think it could be achieved by Suppression, Check the following,
Select the object > Properties > Data Sources > Transforms > Suppression > Click on the right side Hand Icon > select Option "Suppress When specified Data Source meet the condition > Select the Data Source "Column Name" and "Is Empty"
Thanks,
Shanmugam

Either I didn't get what you meant, or I didn't explain my question clearly.
My Template is composed of many Squares forming rows and columns.
Each Square will have the exact same layout, with each Square getting filled with data from a different record of my database.
The way I would regularly do this is in BarTender - I would set on the Setup Page that the template contains x rows and x columns, with a Template Size of x width by x height, and x by x gap/margins etc.
I would then design One template with Text Properties and Database Fields needed, and when printing, each square/template will get filled with data from another record from my database.
The Problem I'm having with my current Document is, that the last 2 rows aren't even with the rest of the rows thus breaking the even pattern to fill across while printing. (See Attached)
I'm wondering if there is any way I can set in BarTender to skip/ignore the region where the 4 left corner Squares should have been and continue filling records further where Squares are in place?
Is this something that can be done in BarTender?
Attached is what my Document looks like[attachment=1933:Doc1.pdf]
