Populate Label Based On Entry

My label has 5 fields.

 

Order Number

Part

Quantity

Voltage

Current

 

I want to be able to enter the order number manually, 

 

then have the order number look at an ODBC data source to see what part the order relates to and then have quantity, voltage & current look at the part and populate based on data in excel.

 

Is this possible?
