Bartender Has Stopped Responding Error
Hi,
We recently downgraded to BT 9.4. Suddenly our users have been seeing a "BarTender has stopped working:" dialog box pop-up when opening a label. I had to re-save some labels from 10.x to 9.x and wonder if they are NOT converting properly.

Hello,
This actually sounds like an installation error, your labels are more than likely fine. What you will want to do is contact your regions technical support office, this issue will more than likely require an advanced removal and reinstall of the software that requires special attention from a technician.
