10 Seconds Before Labels Printing
Hi, could you please help with next issue: #when we print hardcoded label it takes 1-2 second when the printer start this process. #we create Source File in Bartender then, print this template in file in .txt format, then we upload this txt Source File in Navision DB, and it takes 7-10 sec to print label. This is very long time. Do you know the reason? thank you in advance

Hello,
Can you please clarify which version number of BarTender you are using to generate the file? Which edition of the software are you using? Can you also tell me the build number of the release that you have installed (you can find all these information in the "Help>About" menu item in BarTender.
Which method are you using to generate the file exactly? Are you referring to "Export to Printer Code Template" feature in BarTender or something else?

Build: 2704
We create label template, while printing we choose the printer(TEC in our case), we use mark 'Print to File' and print this template in *.txt format. Then we upload this txt file to our database and when we end boxpacking - label prints automatically. Recently when the label was hardcoded in our database it takes 2 second to start printing, now it takes more from 5 to 10 sec

I would recommend to use the Printer Code Template method to print directly from the printer instead of a print to file, you can read more about this method in the link below:
Can you please try printing from BarTender directly? Is it also very long?
