No Data Sources Are Set To Be Serialized - #3601

Hello,

 

Have been using Bartender for many years and today, when attempting to print our Data2 labels to label our product, I received the aforementioned error. I've never experienced this error before and would appreciate your help as this order needs to be re-labeled due to an error, several thousand pieces for a team of just a few... :)

 

Error reads:

 

"You have specified a number of serialized labels but none of the data sources for any of the objects are set to be serialized. To enable serialization for an object, see the Data Source dialog box."

 

Appreciate any help to get me on the right track as to what we are doing wrong here.

  The error is exactly as stated.  You've asked BarTender to print X number of serialized labels (not identical labels), and yet none of the data sources in your label objects have been set-up as serial numbers that auto increment/decrement.  Either set a data source to serialize in the way you want, or set the number of serialized labels to 1 and only set the number of identical labels to be the quantity you wish to print.
