Automatic Comma In Data Entry Form Barcoding Error
I have created a production label that generates about 12 fields based on two pieces of data entered at print time in a query.
The only other field that the user must put in via the Data Entry Form is a piece quantity number. This works perfectly well with one, two, or three digit quantities, but upon entering a four+ digit number, the program automatically inserts a comma. The Code 39 barcode does not respond well to the comma and it puts an extra 0 in place of the comma.
I can't find a place to change an "autoformat" setting in the barcode properties box. Am I missing something here? This is essential for the label to work, so it will be very disappointing to find out that I can't choose not to autoformat to a comma.
I've tried both the "Number Entry" and "Text Entry" Data Entry fields and they both seem to do the same thing, though only the number entry field shows that it is adding the comma before print time.
Thanks!
Adam

Either change your data type to a text or set the number to not use a comma.
