Need Help
I'm just new with this bartender.
Has been looking around this software.
But still can't figure it out how to make an layout like in this attachment
Each label has 3 (60x105mm) = 180x105mm with same number.. start from 000001
The right site has 3 label also, but start from 000501
bottom left, has 3 label start from 001001
and bottom right has 3 label start numbering from 001501
How in bartender we layout something like this
please anybody can helping me???

Hello Dazecreative,
Firstly you'll need to properly configure the page and layout setup for your document. Form your comments I would guess that the page size will cover the entire 12 labels, while in the layout you only need to specify the number of columns and rows you need to print (from the "File>Page Setup..." dialog in the "Page" and "Layout" tabs respectively).
Once the page setup and layout are properly configured you've got several options, although all of them using our Template feature ("File>Page Setup..." dialog under the "Templates" tab).
a. The easiest solution would be to directly add 12 templates each with the desired design and share the serial numbers as you see fit between them.
b. A second option would be to create a single template for each different design and use a template selector to decide which one to print dynamically (maybe using a separate counter).
Regards.

Hi Fernando.. thanks for your reply.
I can setup the page using page setup.
What I need.. as you see on the attachment..
top left label start from 01
top right start from 501
bottom left 1001
and bottom right 1501
It will print 500 sheet.. so, each time print will 500sheet.. and it repat to 2001 till 4000
What I confuse, how the setup the numbering.. repeat 3times, and jump 500
and then in 2nd print it will jump and start from 2001, 2501, 3001, 3501 till 4000
Hope you can understand.
Thanks a lot before

Hello Dazecretive,
To clarify your issue could you please attach your document (.btw) with the current design?
Also, please explain how you'd like the progression of the different serial numbers to be produced, do you wish the serial number to be identical on each "trio" of labels that start with the same serial number?
From what I can understand up to now, you would need to create the 12 templates, with four named data sources that will be placed each in objects of the four "trios" of labels. You then need to serialize each of those four named data sources as required.
*Basically share the same serial value between each group of three identical labels.
Regards.

Thanks Fernando for ur rapid feedback
I attach the Test Print Seagull.BTW file
What I need it.. when I do the printing .. each print send 500sheet.
It will collating to 1-500
501 - 1000
1001 - 1500
1500 - 2000
Because of the need.. it should be print each 500sheet (with 3 copies) and direct cut into 4 stack
So.. each stack will collating by 500numbering
What I'm doing now, I made it manually
see attach : Test Print Seagull 2.BTW
For 2nd printing, I changed data manually by retype.. 2001 - 4000 on data source.
I must change the data source manually for every multiple by 500
Hope you can get what I mean.
Thanks a lot before
