Hello Isoflex,
When specifying several columns in the page setup, BarTender will understand that your stock has that many labels per page. It will still display only one label and will only "fill" those other tree labels when printing identical copies, serialized copies, different templates from the same document, different records of a database or a combination of the previous options. Note that all these options can be included in a single print job.
If you send to print one copy of your label per print job (separate print jobs per label) it will always use only the first label of each row. Note that this is a Windows limitation, not a BarTender one. Each new print job will always start printing from a new page, it won't do so from the middle of an already "started" page.
If you wish to always print in the four labels of each page, and set up a different layout for each of them, you will need to access the "Template" tab of the "File>Page Setup..." dialog and make sure there are four templates in total. This will allow you to design four different layouts, which will always be sent to print.
Regards.
