Trigger For Print Time Data Entry Form
I'm using an Excel spreadsheet as a data source. It's full of ship-to addresses and carrier info for our customers.
Is it possible to create a text input box in a data entry form, that, at print time, when you enter a customer name, a full address from the corresponding row in the Excel file would populate a multi-row text box on the label?
In other words, if I type a customer name in a box, can their full address automatically be displayed automatically on the label?

Yes,
You need to set up a database query in the database setup for the label template to ask for the customer at the time of printing.

Fernando: thanks for the video links. I watched them both again and while what I needed came close in the second one at 4:20 on "Queries" it did not go far enough in detail.
Question for support: is there a generic template somewhere in the software that would demonstrate this? There are a lot of 'things' that can control other 'things' and being new to the software I know I'm missing something. After I see it once, I'll be good to go.
I may have to pay someone to show me how this is done as it's the thing I have to prove before we purchase software/printer combo.
