New Install Of Bartender 10.1
I recently put Bartender 10.1 on a fresh install of Windows 2008 R2 Standard and when I create a new tag and place an item on the new tag I am unable to do a right click properties; goes to not responding and closes Bartender. I have installed on my Windows 7 64-bit machine also with the same issue. The server has no other applications except a print server running (no anti-virus). I installed on a Windows XP 32-bit machine and it worked fine.
Support has had me remove and re-install all of .NET, did not fix the issue.

Perhaps you need to install the Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x64):
