Pdf Images Unwanted Crop Marks Included
I'm running a trial version of bartender - with a view to purchasing.
I plan to print PDF artwork images from a database, combined with text and other JPG images.
I'm running the trial at home on a Windows 7 laptop without problems. Crop marks are included on the PDF file, but bartender ignores them - which is great.
In my office, using my Win7 desktop machine, the PDF image includes the crop marks (see image attached). Its unusual since the same pdf image used on my laptop does not show crop marks I'm using the same Bartender trial version and the same Acrobat X version.
I can't see any setting options in Bartender to toggle the inclusion or exclusion of crop marks. Nor can I in Acrobat X.
(The pdf originated from InDesign, and was exported to PDF).
Thanks for your assistance.

Can you let us know the exact version and build (service release) of BarTender Trial in use on each PC? Check this via the "Help>About" menu item. There have been one or two issues with PDF alignment/position, which I think have been fixed since, so maybe the problem computer has an older version/build...

Thanks - I think that was it. I had SR 1 on the desktop and SR 2 on the laptop.
Thanks for quick response.

The latest release is v10.0 SR4. I suggest you update both computers to this:
