A4 Template Design
Good morning,
I am very new to this and am really amazed I have gotten so far as I have without an issue but I am now stuck and need some help from people who know how to do this.
I am trying to create a delivery note with 10 standard parts. Each part needs to have the following
'Description Text' 'Barcode Part Number' 'Quantity Text' 'Qty Barcode' 'Delivery Note Text' Delivery Note Barcode'
The description text and barcode are always the same, the qty and delivery note barcode needs to change each time.
I would like a fixed template where all 10 items are listed on the sheet and for the operator to be able to change the numbers when needed. I have managed to set this for one part and I have the option of printing multiple copies of this but not to create the standard where all 10 different parts are on the screen, can this be done is the question?
Thank you in advance for your help.

So each of the 10 row items are coming from a manual user prompt input as opposed to a database or something?
Assuming user prompts then you would need to make all items for each row to be user prompt'able for the data source.
Even though prompted on the input form, you could make the "Description" and "Barcode" fields read only so that they display their data for the row, but the user would be unable to change them.
See the below training video on how to create use prompts:
