AI (01) allows you to encode the GTIN (13 digits of the EAN product code) plus a 14th digit which is a calculated check digit based on the UCCMod10 function. With a "0" prefix before the GTIN this gives 15 digits which is invalid. I suggest you double check the GTIN value that is to be inserted into the barcode. Is it supposed to be "04050259896677" or "40502598966778"? Do you have the original EAN-13 barcode for the product being shipped, and if so what is the full 13 digit value of the barcode?
