Serialization Restarting Unexpectedly
We are currently experiencing an issue when we enter a serialization format of “x of x” (example x of 1000). When it serializes it counts correctly until 799, then it restarts at 1.
For example, this is what it would look like:
1 of 1000
2 of 1000
[i](796 labels later)[/i]
798 of 1000
799 of 1000
1 of 1000 <<<
Has anyone encountered this before or know how to resolve this?

For some reason, your rollover feature is set. Click into your number, click More Options, click the Serialization tab, and adjust (or turn off) your rollover. See attached screenshot: 0 -
