Sls Server Not Found By Bt 10.1
SLS with 5 printer license
Multiple users - users on local network (same subnet as server) find SLS during install with no issues
Users on different subnet cannot find SLS during install and can only install a trial version. User PC can however ping the SLS successfully.
During install and trial versions there does not appear to be anyway to force a manual connection ie. turn off the auto search function.
Have tried editing the BTxx.ini file without success
Can anyone provide guidance?

Also, once installed as a Trial version, there is no Network or License option under Administration on BT 10.1 to manually connect to the SLS

You first need to activate the BarTender client using the PKC of your license. Once activated you can then configure the connection via the "Administer>Licensing Setup" menu item. Disable the auto-find option and instead specify the host name or IP address of the computer running License Server.
These settings are stored in the C:\ProgramData\Seagull\BarTender\BTLM.ini file, and so can be copied via a Windows login script to other computers if you want to automate this configuration among your users.
