Where do we need to install SLS Remote Assistance?  

 

The documentation (Using BarTender with Remote Desktop Services and Citrix XenApp)  says to install it on the client PCs.

 

Our Citrix person says this should be on the Citrix Server since once the user logs into Citrix their PC is hidden from the application.

 

I am just trying to get an idea which way it needs to be set up before we get to testing it and have to reconfigure the set up. .

  You need to install this on any client machine which will work with BarTender over a Citrix session:

  It gets installed on the client PC's.
