Missing Printers From Drop Down List

We are currently moving from running Print Station from a stand-A-lone PC to our Citrix servers.

 

We run 7 servers (Windows Server 2012 R2 x64) and when Bartender was installed on the first 6 there wasn't any problems.

 

When we try to print from Print Station using the last server the print box comes up but the list of printers is blank. If I print directly from Bartender I can select any printer I want. Windows also shows a full list of printers.

 

If I just print it will sent it to the default printer.

 

We have the automation edition.

 

Is there anything we can do to resolve the problem?
