Idispatch Error #3127

I have 2 users accessing Bartender Version 8.0, Build 2092.  One use is able to create and print labels fine.  The other is able to create labels, but during the printing phase, the follow error message occurs...OLE DB has encountered error 0x80040E37:unknown error OLE DB error message IDispatch error #3127.  Bartender is on a Windows Server 2003 SP2 server.  Any assistance will be appreciated.

  What type of datafile/database is in use?  Note that if it's Excel then the problem is due to the exclusive access mode that Excel users that allow only a single application/computer to connect to the Excel file at the same time.  I suggest a proper database is used instead such as Access.
