How To Open Command Line Builder Dialog
The help system has details of a "BarTender Command Line Builder Dialog" but doesn't say how to open it.
Which menu can I find this dialogue box in?

My program currently:
1) Creates a command line file as follows: "C:\Program Files\Seagull\BarTender Suite\bartend.exe" /F="TemplateName.btw" /P
2) Saves the data CSV file on my C drive with a standard name.
As the template is linked to the data CSV file on my machine, in order to give the program to other users, I would like to include the path to the created CSV file on their machine.
