Select Record From Sql Database If Named Data Source Matches

Hi,

 

I wonder if it would be possible if a named data source has value X, the bartender document can automatically select the proper record from an SQL database where X is mentioned in a column 'Product'

 

So if X is matched in column Product, the bartender document opens on the record where X is located.

  Currently BarTender only supports querying its database connection through the use of a query prompt.  A query prompt value can be set via a command line or other form of automation if that gives you what you're seeking for...?
