Color printing problem
Hello,
I use bartender for card printing (double side).
After printing a sample card (which came out OK, both sides with the right colors), I changed the contrast within the color adjustment to make the color of the card more strong. The card came out with the front side printed correctly with the right colors, but the back side came out monochrome instead color. The print preview shows both sides getting printed with the right colors.
Anybody has an idea how I can fix this?

Hello Niki,
Thank you for reaching us via our Community Forums.
It sounds like you're facing an issue with your card printing setup after adjusting the contrast within the color adjustment in Bartender. However, in order to properly troubleshoot your issue we would benefit from knowing the following information:- What BarTender version, edition and service release are you currently using? If your version's service release is not up to date, we would recommend downloading and installing the latest service release. You can find our latest BarTender service releases here.
- What printer model are you using?
- Are you using Drivers by Seagull™ printer drivers? If not, we would recommend you install and test if the unwanted behavior is still present when printing. You can find our drivers here.

Hello Xabier,
Thanks for your reply!
The version I use is 2021 R5 Automation edition. I use a Datacard CR805 card printer.
It seems like the only the second page is not getting any color, so when the card is getting flipped inside the printer. When I print the same design for one side only the card comes out colored.
