How to link 2 columns of excel data to a label automatically

Hi, I have an Excel spreadsheet with 2 columns of data.

How do I make a template that selects data from one column and fills one text box (autocomplete), and then fills the second textbox with the data from the adjacent column automatically (depending on what's been entered in the first box)?

eg

Fred 3

Harry 2

John 5

Select Harry in first box and second box populates with 2 etc
