bartender license detects multiple printers
good morning everyone,
I am grappling with a huge problem: female colleagues using bartender in the department cannot print from Bartender because multiple printers are detected. I checked from the administration console but I see the two zebra printers that I have lilcenziated.
How can I solve the problem?

ok, I solved it by restoring the system configuration. Can you point me to any logs to determine what happened?

I assume they are actually printing to the same physical printer but that Admin Console thinks they are two different devices. If that is the case you need to make sure that they are shared from the same source
