Space coming in scanned value of GS-128 barcode

Dear Colleagues,

 

We have created an ITF GS - 128 barcode file and have consumed it in a smart form. The label consists of AI number 00 followed by the variable containing the SSCC number. When we are scanning the barcode we are getting output with a space as shown below.

When we remove the space and use it in SAP everything is working fine.

Please help us to get rid of this space while we scan the barcode.

  That looks more like a verifier output with the function1 displayed at the front rather than from a barcode scanner. If the symbol is created using the Application Identifier wizard and scanned with a barcode reader then the data shoudl come through correctly without showing the FNC1 etc.

  Thanks for your input.

  No we have scanned it using Honeywell scanner and still the space is there.
