I have a little problem and maybe someone can help me....
I need to transfer data to a label with a barcode scanner and scan it directly into an input mask in Bartender (version 2016 R9).
It can happen that the scanner scans a different barcode than the desired one.
To avoid such a wrong input, I would now like to check while scanning into the input mask, if the scanned value has the following format "123,01" (6 characters total, numeric, comma character), if the scanned value has more characters or letters, it should not be taken over or there should be a hint for wrong data input.
Can I implement this as easily as possible without VB scripts?
Would be very grateful for tips.
