Locking EPC

I'm trying to lock the EPC while coding tags but tags are still open afterwards. I'm using Toshiba EX4T1 with the latest firmware on it. Bartender version is 21 R3 Enterprise. So something is going wrong but I don't know what? Tags are Dogbone.

  Sorry , dont know a lot about thses units but have you adjusted any of these settings?

  Hey,

  I have been playing around with these settings the password is set but it is not doing what it should do.

  The tag is still rewritable afterwards:(

  This might be best handled by our tech support team; I've gone ahead and created a ticket on your behalf. Regarding the issue, I've checked the printer code for locking the EPC bank and it appears to be correct, so perhaps there is something missing in your environment (and we can definitely review with you via the ticket I just created for you).

  Hey,

  As it turned out the latest firmware for EX4T1 had some bug now I got a newer version and it works as it should.
