Event Variable to named datasource

Hi, If I use a button to initialize a variable tha is a a name datasource,i cant change the value, but when i print the value desappear, can i change the value of a datasource from a button

  Hello Diego,

  Can you let us know a bit more what you want to achieve and your current set up?

  If you want to change the value of an object at print time (regardless of if it is a named data source or not), the easiest way is by setting up a Custom Data Entry form, so that you can link the object on the label to an object on the form, so that when the form is displayed at print time, the value of the object can be updated accordingly.
