Product labels coming out with poor quality

Hi, 

 

I'm using a Toshiba B-EX4T2-G for the company I work out, but am running into a few problems. We get sent the labels from the client in .jpg format in which I have no problem importing them into BarTender. 

I've attached a photo of how these labels are coming out, as you can see the quality is really poor. I've tried changing the print settings but it still won't come out in an acceptable condition.

Would anyone be able to help me?

  Either through the front panel or the driver settings I would suggest you try increasing the darkness/heat/density to try and get a clear image.
