intermec PC43T 300 dpi DP using export printer code template error?
When I export printer code template for the intermec printer, can I assume this is viable code that the printer will run?
After all, there is an export to the printer port option...
I am not running the latest bartender (automation 10.0 SR1), but am using the latest drivers
Would be good to know if this was fixed in the latest version...
I see a problem with the code template generated
specifically
"PT /VAR1$/"
is not a valid command for intermec...
"PT VAR1$" is...no slashes

It does the same in 2021 and surrounds the names of the variable fields in / "brackets".
I dont know enough Intermec programming to say whether this is right or not .
You could just use the Print to File option as this does not include these "brackets"

yup, print to file work....
is that what happens with other printer models?
I only have intermec PC43T to compare against
I did doctor up the template code generated and get it working....
any one at Bartender interested in making this work? I can show you the edits!

Bearing in mind the other Printer Code Template options on offer is the Intermec one incorrect?
I do not think it is designed to be used for stand alone printing operations but so that an output file can be created and imported into another program or system where the appropriate data fields may be populated via the use of simple string replacement type commands,
