View -> Toolbox and View -> Toolbars -> Object Toolbar Not working Bartender 2021

All of a sudden the toolbox stops working and I am not able to view layers/components (basically toolbox) on the bartender. When I try to open it from view - toolbars it does not do anything. Similarly for toolbars-Object Toolbar nothing happens when I click. 

I tried restarting my pc, making sure the license is activated but it does not help. 

What is the solution for this to not happen in the first place and if it does then to fix it ? I am using Bartender 2021 Designer R3.

  There is reference to a toolbox issue and fix in 2021 R5 so I would suggesting updating to the last 2021 release (R9) and see what that does
